An in-demand couples therapist with a large social following and a full private practice was looking to grow her reach, increase revenue, and free up time, without taking on more clients. I partnered with an herbalist in upstate NY whose mission is to help people reclaim their relationship with plant medicine—especially LGBTQ, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and those who have been systematically excluded from access to resources. Together, we rebuilt her website, launched her Instagram presence with a targeted growth strategy, ran IG and FB ads, optimized her website for SEO, upped her prices, created a digital course offering, and bolstered her baseline with monthly recurring interpersonal reparations. As a mother of 3, she went from feeling financially stressed to living out her “wildest dream” goal of a flourishing, six-figure+ business in just under 3 years, and recently made $30k in 5 days with one passive digital product launch.

Together, we cultivated a high-impact content strategy that centered on establishing thought-leadership by building up the founder’s authority as an expert in her field, and shared high quality content through an email list, social media, and Medium. We leveraged organic growth strategies and a powerful lead magnet to constantly connect with founders and people leaders in tech and millennial brands. In just 6 months (and with the momentum of a global racial justice uprising), she secured contracts with major US brands and brought in $2 million in 2020, and $2.8mm in 2021.
