I’m a big believer in energy (Einstein was too). WHAT IS HOLISTIC DIGITAL STRATEGY?

I know you’ve seen headlines like: “Follow these steps exactly and make 6-figures in 3 months.” They’re kind of like: “Eat keto and get down to your ideal weight in no time.” As a former food-as-medicine chef and digital marketer I can tell you that these promises have 2 things in common: 1. They won’t work for you long-term, and 2. A great marketer wrote that headline! Marketers are sneaky. They’ll be selling to you without you even noticing… just watch…

GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO GROW

Too often, we have a great product or idea, but we’re too humble to actively share it with the world. Or maybe we are putting ourselves “out there,” but nobody’s taking the bait. Or maybe we’re offering something really great, but nobody can find it! All of these issues are digital marketing issues, and all of them can be fixed.

 

 
 

WHO I AM

My mother’s from Texas and my father’s from Long Island. By way of Poland, Upstate NY, Southern Georgia, Scotland/Ireland, Turtle Island, Austria/Hungary, Ireland, NYC. My name is Eden Connelly Tallarico, and the “Tallarico” part comes from my beloved husband, coach, and collaborator, Matt.

I was raised on Haudenosaunee lands in upstate New York, with a rich foundation in holistic health, equity + sustainability (thanks mom + dad).

In every space I’ve been a part of—whether as a chef, poet, DJ, or key player in a nonprofit or startup—I’ve always gravitated towards amplifying underrepresented voices through the relatively accessible mediums of social media + the internet.

I believe the world needs more healers, women, and folks on the margins to shape and create our new culture and economy, while redefining our values and transforming the way we work.
